10/24/16: Rob Wigington, President & CEO, Metropolitan Nashville Airport Authority

By 2035, the population of the Greater Nashville Area is expected to surpass 2.5 million people, and Nashville International Airport (BNA) passenger traffic will grow from 12 million today to more than 20 million. BNA Vision is a comprehensive plan designed to enable the airport to meet the needs of this record-setting growth and maintain the customer-friendly character unique to our region.

Mr. Wigington’s experience with airports and the aviation, transportation, economic development and travel & tourism industries encompasses more than 25 years in Washington, DC, New York and San Diego.

He received his B.A. degree in government from Pomona College and a Master’s degree in Public Administration/ Intergovernmental Management from the University of Southern California. He has completed the Airports Council International Airport Executive Leadership Program at the John Molson School of Business, Concordia University in Montreal.
