12/4/17: David Ewing, CEO, Nashville History on Tour

David Ewing Nashville Historian, Lawyer and Tour Guide will talk about 30 forgotten and unknown events in Nashville history involving nationally known famous people, inventions, institutions and events that all are tied to Nashville. Newcomers and locals will enjoy this look at Nashville based on David’s knowledge and historical research.

David is a ninth-generation Nashvillian, an attorney, He’s a fellow at Montgomery Bell Academy, and he worked for the Tennessee Higher Education Commission and the Nashville Chamber of Commerce.

Among many, David has served on the boards of Cheekwood, the Middle Tennessee Boys & Girls Club, the Belcourt Theatre, and The Conservancy at the Parthenon.  David holds a B.A. degree in Government/Economics from Connecticut College and a J.D. law degree from Vanderbilt University.
