Join us to see our how our Nashville Rotary Service Trust Annual Footprint Fund grant of $20,000 is being used by The Nashville Food Project! –With limited space for volunteers, this project is for Rotarians Only– We will be working in two areas at the Center (choose the one that suits you):
- Food prep (slicing, dicing & peeling vegetables)
- Garden prep (turning the beds & compost, weeding, work in the green house
8:45 am – Arrive, enjoy coffee and get instructions
9:00 am – Begin work
11:45 am – Lunch – we will be treated to a ‘typical’ meal from the Nashville Food Project
Dress comfortably—you will get dirty, closed toe shoes, bring sunscreen, hat, and gardening gloves.
