12/11/17: Joelle Phillips, President/CEO, AT&T

How can we be sure Nashville has the infrastructure we need to support our growing tech landscape, and what does the foundation of a Smart City look like?

Joelle Phillips has served as president of AT&T Tennessee since 2013. She brings over a decade of experience in the telecommunications industry and over two decades of experience in the legal profession to her current position.  Prior to joining AT&T, Phillips practiced law with firms in Nashville and Atlanta and served as a judicial law clerk to United States Court of Appeals Judge Rhesa Hawkins Barksdale.  Phillips is a summa cum laude graduate of Washington and Lee University School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Birmingham-­Southern College in Theatre.
