07/15/19: Danny Herron, CEO & Lauren Payne, SVP of Philanthropy, Habitat for Humanity of Greater Nashville

Since 1984, President and Mrs. Carter have been champions for affordable housing, donating their time and influence to build and improve communities.  Nashville was selected as the site for the 36^th Jimmy & Rosalynn Carter Work Project to be held October 6^th – 11^th.  The Carters, along with Garth Brooks and Trisha Yearwood, will be building 20 homes in North Nashville with 500 volunteers and the 20 future Habitat homeowners.  This historic event will bring awareness to the need for housing for the working men and women who provide essential services in our community. 

We are also presenting $150,000 in grants to this year’s nonprofit partners. Join us in celebrating the work and generosity our club gives the community!
